Job Description

Technology Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering technology innovation and providing the backbone of our systems integration business.

Data Centre Technology & Operations professionals focus on storage, database technology, platform technology, operating system, event/fault monitoring, backup/recovery, problem management, service desk, change management and operations gap assessments.
Specific to Data Centre Technologies, individuals will take a holistic approach to consolidating and optimizing sophisticated data center environments, including physical data center facilities and critical infrastructure components including servers, enterprise storage, database and predictive operations environments. In Data Centre Operations, individuals will focus on all aspects of IT Infrastructure Operations including assessment and process development for ITIL's IT Service Management, covering all phases of work from RFP development, and initial assessment/diagnostic through to process, organization and/or technology design and implementation.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Lead the technical team to analyze the non-functional requirement and
• Lead the technical team to deliver the solution, including draft and control the work plan, recognize and handle the risk, control the deliverable’s quality and work the technical issues out.
• Plan and manage diagnosis and assessment activities and define high-level program/action plans
• Plan and manage technology design activities
• Design development standard, environment demand and supply mechanism, environment specification.
• Design robust technology solution in production environment and taking into account the function requirements and technical requirements.
• Design actionable solution for production environment operation includes backup/restore, DR, monitoring, error handling, and problem resolution.
• Define the environment demand and supply organization, process and tools.
• Being recognized as an expert on one or more technology vendors/products/areas
• Define the product selection standard, lead the technology evaluation and selection effort
• Plan and manage capacity planning activities
• Evaluate the tech solution proposed by vendors during design, install, test and go-live phase.
• Plan and manage program-wide technology build, test and deployment activities
• Plan and perform the technical testing

• At least 8 years working experience focus on the above era.
• At least 5 data center project experience in last 4 years.
• Professional certification e.g. ITSM, CCIE, TOGAF, OCP, OCM is preferred
• BS in Computer Science or related, MS preferred
