Job Description



Business Process Outsourcing helps clients develop and deliver business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services. These services transform enterprises and deliver high performance at lower costs. We offer a full array of business process outsourcing services founded on operational excellence and cost effectiveness.



The Sales Lead will be focused on managing a deal from origination, through the sales stages and closure. The Sales Lead will work closely with local, regional and global Accenture leadership to win business.



As part of the sales team focussed on winning new business, the Sales Lead will adopt a consultative approach to new business opportunities & shape unique deals that meet the true needs of the client. Working closely with subject matter experts, the Sales Lead will develop & sell the right solution for the client, whilst assessing the potential risk to Accenture.



Key Responsibilities

Qualify and manage the opportunity sales campaign and close opportunities using deep sales process and offering expertise. Focus can range from single tower service group to complex, multi tower/transformational opportunities

Participate as the one or all of the following roles from the Sales Role Blueprint and Credit Allocation: Deal Shaper, Negotiator, Bid Manager, and potentially as the Origination/Capture Lead

Build & maintain successful C-level client relationships ; develop strong trust-based relationships

Customise Accenture standard BPO offerings to meet requirements of the client, whilst balancing the risk to Accenture

Establish win strategy and power map; positioning Accenture as a major BPO provider

Influence client's selection process and evaluation criteria

Coordinate internal approvals, sales team resources, manage proposition development and client interactions

Manage successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team



Skills & Preferred Experience

Prior Experience with Management Consulting is a strong preference

Sales Pursuit Management - Win strategy & value proposition development

Deal Qualification, Shaping and Negotiation to Close

Pricing Strategy & Execution

Consultative approach to working with clients; ability to build & develop trust based relationships at C-level

Ability to work within a matrix organisation

Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skill

Excellent negotiation
