Key Responsibilities
Program/Project Management
Responsible for supporting the design and development of leadership development programs and opportunities for high potential leaders
Manage and execute day-to-day activities associated with the program/project(s), including research, communication plans, presentations, data analysis, contributing to the design of programs, managing day-to-day budget efforts, etc.
Develop expertise on new subject matters in order to identify and evaluate program/project solutions, recommending best path forward.
Ability to contribute to the design for Leadership programs and presentations
Ability to research and develop strong content knowledge of external content thought leaders
Execute and create the communications in support of program/project using relevant communication vehicles (e.g., webcasts, newsletters, website/portal postings, memos to employees, leadership briefings, etc.).
Compile and analyze metrics for program/project, including applying external benchmarks as appropriate.
Implementation
Contribute to the design of processes, procedures, systems requirements, reports and other enabling tools necessary to effectively operationalize the program/project.
Plan and manage timely delivery across a complex, global organizational structure.
Execute communication plan.
Track and evaluate program/project success and ROI
Business Relationships
Establish internal and external networks of subject matter experts in key functional areas.
Develop and maintain working relationships with entity and geographic key contacts
Partner with business leaders/employees across workforces, geographies and entites
People Development
Provide performance feedback to non-team members assigned to work on program/project(s), as appropriate
Demonstrate effective teaming skills both within and outside of the team.
Motivate others to deliver high quality work.
Encourage team members to share knowledge and to leverage proven best practices.
Participate in people development activities outside of the team (e.g. community activities, recruiting, and teaching).
