职位描述

Responsibility

As a Technology Architect, you will be a champion for solutions on the Windows mobile / CE platform with a strong understanding of application design and development. Your focus will be architecting, developing and testing mission critical mobile solutions and implementation of custom application development and selection using the C++, C#, .NET Framework, Silverlight / WPF and other advanced windows phone components of Microsoft technology.

You will provide professional consulting services and employ management, technical and planning skills by participating in large projects. You will improve your abilities to think creatively, design solutions, and interact with customers. You will contribute to our vast repository of intellectual property as we employ Microsoft Mobility Technologies to create a dramatically more personal, integrated computing experience.

You will design, deploy and test windows phone solution components within environments of medium to large size and complexity. And, you will:

Design, develop, maintain and refactor high-quality applications running on Windows Phone 7 / 8 platforms;

Work together with UX team to define the application flow and architecture

Define the application development standard;

Lead the application development team;

Work with the customer to understand change requirements and make the appropriate recommendations;

Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships;

Develop components of the technical solution proposal;

Participate in the assessment of the customer environment and their requirements and documents results properly;

Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements;

Perform tests according to a given test plan and documents results;

Perform basic support and debugging in test and production environment;

Identify and escalates problems;

Maintain and repair existing applications;

Qualification

You will have excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin with hands-on experience working on windows phone applications in a distributed environment

5 to 8+ years’ experience as an architect/programmer;

5+ years C++programming experience, better to have C# experience

Deep knowledge about mobile UI framework such as Qt/QML or WPF/Silverlight is required.

Mobile devices development and testing experience is required;

Knowledge on Windows Mobile/CE/32/Phone embedded systems application or Meego/Symbian system application is required;

Mobile device OS architecture, design patterns (MVVM), design languages (UML or similar), data modeling capabilities are required;

Knowledge on windows phone and its services, drawbacks and possibilities are highly desirable in order to understand how an application might impact and work with an embedded system/device;

5+ years demonstrated advance proficiency in development methodologies;

3+ years technical lead or management experience

Agile methods, full development life-cycle (requirement, analysis, design, architecture, develop, test, maintain), test methodology;

Demonstrated ability to lead team members in various project work streams;

Proven ability to have good team communication, being flexible and structured, and work in multi-cultural environments;

Demonstrated project experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables;

Proven ability to understand a customer's needs;

Developed technical requirements based on business imperatives;

MSc or BSc in Computer Science or similar;
