Role Description
The candidate support general human resources Supply Demand and scheduling activities in Accenture Consulting Workforce Greater China. The Individual will work with the leadership to understand the business environment, working with project leaders to identify scheduling solutions and fill project demands, managing the utilization of the resource pool.
Key Responsibilities: Scheduling and Supply /demand management
Part 1
Responsible for filling roles assigned to their resource pools and for getting their people staffed. Understand needs, preferences, skills, etc. and either match people to roles or facilitate that process.
Consider and balance various scheduling principles in making decisions.
Proactively communicate availability of people/skills and push to schedule available resources.
Ensure accurate scheduling data in scheduling systems.
Support project contact and Engagement Managers in defining, identifying and evaluating candidates for open resource requests; and filling resource requirements. Help facilitate alternative resource pool solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with Engagement business leads through regular meetings, ad-hoc discussion, regular e-mails etc. to collaborate on meeting the client demand.
Team with recruiting team and procurement team on external resources demands fulfillments
Team with HR PA team and Reward team to coordinate the implementation of people related programs
Part 2
Anticipate and address skills shortages in the Resource Pool, excess capacity and supply/demand imbalances before there is a negative impact to business
Understand the talent supply landscape of the resource pool and underlying implications for the workforce and pyramid mix
Understand short term and long term business expansion plans and build them into the supply plans for the resource pools - this includes outputs of Capacity Planning, Talent Planning, and/or Skills Planning.
Collaborate with the forecasting lead and fulfillment channels to provide talent supply solutions meeting current and future demand
Create a Resource Pool supply/demand plan / fulfil
