Job Summary



The Floor Operations Representative provides a variety of office and customer services.



Key Responsibilities


  • Set up and maintain workspace and meeting rooms. Post nameplates, agendas, etc.

  • Stock and maintain appearance of general use areas (e.g., copy room, coffee/vending area, etc.).

  • Provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers).

  • Conduct census and occupancy checks using census-reporting tool.

  • Greet visitors and employees, answer inquiries and assist in resolving concerns.

  • Deliver, set-up and test audio-visual equipment required for meetings and events.

  • Provide audio-visual support prior to and during meetings and events as needed.

  • Maintain audio-visual equipment inventory.

Qualifications



Education


  • College or above




Work Experience


  • Some customer service experience preferred.




Work Requirements


  • Physical exertion including, but not limited to climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, sitting and walking. May lift and/or move objects and materials of various weights




Knowledge and Skill Requirements




  • Good customer service skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Basic organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Previous experience using a computer, knowledge of Word and Excel applications.

  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
