Job Summary
The Floor Operations Representative provides a variety of office and customer services.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain workspace and meeting rooms. Post nameplates, agendas, etc.
- Stock and maintain appearance of general use areas (e.g., copy room, coffee/vending area, etc.).
- Provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers).
- Conduct census and occupancy checks using census-reporting tool.
- Greet visitors and employees, answer inquiries and assist in resolving concerns.
- Deliver, set-up and test audio-visual equipment required for meetings and events.
- Provide audio-visual support prior to and during meetings and events as needed.
- Maintain audio-visual equipment inventory.
Qualifications
Education
- College or above
Work Experience
- Some customer service experience preferred.
Work Requirements
- Physical exertion including, but not limited to climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, sitting and walking. May lift and/or move objects and materials of various weights
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Good customer service skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience using a computer, knowledge of Word and Excel applications.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
