Role Description
The role will support human resource supply management & forecast activities. The individual will work with the leadership to manage the utilization of the resource pool, identify the solutions of supply & demand balance base on the understanding of the business environment and the project demand.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for understanding revenue plans for DTEs, Demand and supply pipeline, productivity trends and developing a demand and supply forecasts as well recruitment plans.
· Monitors key supply/demand metrics, interprets the results, takes immediate actions, and uses the information to influence supply plan/next forecast.
· "Bridge" between the future forecast and the supply/demand situation of today; makes decisions (with business leader) about where / when to build, buy, borrow, rent.
· Work with the Resource Forecasting & Planning lead and scheduler to develop well informed, accurate and actionable demand and supply forecasts.
· work closely with the Resource Forecast & Planning lead to establish and institutionalize standard processes for inter-organizational resource balancing; ensure Resources Pool Growth & Strategy,
· Effectively partner with recruiting and sub con management team to identify supply plan.
· Observe supply/demand imbalance and advice resource pool Leads for any staffing needs, skill gaps, utilization issues and cost to serve reduction with appropriate workforce mix, workgroup mix, pyramid mix and subcontractor mix.
· Proactively communicate availability of people/skills and push to schedule available resources.
· Update applicable Human Resources systems and maintain data, as required.
· Team with other HR Generalists to share best practices and contribute to knowledge capital.
Qualifications
Education:
· Undergraduate of statistics, or related biz related major
· Minimum 4 years above total work experience
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
· Must have relevant industry, consulting business knowledge preferred
· Good interpersonal skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
· Excellent analytical skills with solid excel application skills
