Consultant/Analyst (Specializing in HSE)

Job Description
A) Overview
Global Talent & Innovation Network (GTIN) is a unique part of Accenture Management Consulting (AMC) and serves Accenture clients in Industry, Functional and Analytics related areas, across countries using an onshore/ offshore model for Management Consulting.
Currently we are seeking a consultant/analyst level professional with industry, and/or consulting experience in:
? Energy sector – Power/nuclear power industries, Oil & Gas industries, specializing in Occupational Health, Safety or Environmental Discipline optimization
B) Basic Requirements
? The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering field, preferably in Occupational Health, Safety or Environmental Discipline
? Excellent oral and written English
? Excellent oral and written Mandarin
? Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills
? Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
? Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills
? Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members
? Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
? Understanding of Accenture’s area of business and overall business strategy in Energy Industry
C) Desired Skills & Experience
? Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated working experience with HSE regulations preferably in support of nuclear power project operations/construction activities, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification is a plus
? Demonstrated knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and its implementation
? Must have experience in developing, implementing and or working with an HSE management system that is OHSAS 18001 compliant in Power/nuclear power industries.
? Must have HSE compliance audit experience.
? Demonstrated proficiency and confident in delivering HSE power point presentations
? Extremely strong knowledge and working experience with US/EN/China HSE Regulations in Power/nuclear power industries
? Previous project management or supervisory experience required
? Possess excellent organizational, detail orientation, prioritization skills and be able to work well under pressure ensuring that work related
? Activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Work with minimum of supervision
? Strong & influential communicator and possess the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
? Possess an impressive executive demeanor, team oriented and collaborative approach
? Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology and process implications related to power/nuclear industry
D) Other Skills & Experience
? MBA / Technical Master’s degrees is a plus
? English proficiency equivalent to band 7 of IELTS or score 100 of TOEFL
? Overseas or MNC working experience is a plus
? Mandarin, Japanese and Korean / English bi-lingual abilities would be of advantages
? Proven ability to interface with all levels of the organization, including field operators and senior leadership team
? Ability to work independently make critical decisions with significant consequences and manage multiple projects/activities and deadlines
? Ability to assess/analyze complex issues and deliver competent solutions
? Ability to work as a team member
