职位描述
Position Responsibilities
Resolve & manage detailed technical operational issues that have been escalated to the team.
Design, plan, and implement Voice and Data network solutions using the latest technology.
Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems related to Data/Voice.
Conduct throughput analysis, problem solving, and infrastructure planning.
Development of Voice technology designs, budgets and Bill of Materials for all new/expanding Accenture facilities globally, and in-line with Accenture's Voice Technology Standards.
Participate in various client projects intended to continually improve/upgrade network infrastructures.
Develop & maintain device configuration standards for all core voice technology leveraged by Accenture.
Liaise and work effectively with other groups/teams/stakeholders across Accenture to ensure all of the above are delivered.
Willing to work out of Shanghai.
Position Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
3-6 years experience in design, implement and support related voice network architecture and infrastructure
CCNP (Voice) certification is preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Familiar with Local Area Network technologies (Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, Spanning Tree, PVST, Trunk, VLAN)
A strong understanding of Avaya's or Cisco's Voice technologies
Possesses expert technical knowledge in at least 3 of the following voice technology areas: IP telephony, Network, Contact Centre, Messaging, Conferencing, Wireless and other Mobility applications
Has experience in designing global voice solutions in large Enterprise environments
Has knowledge on current industry standards/protocols as well as emerging telephony trends, products and tools
Has demonstrated experience in performing technology and vendor analysis including paper and lab evaluations for specific product selection and new technology solutions
Has experience in creating detailed solution design documents and diagrams
A strong understanding of QoS
Experience in developing Business Case documents and solution proposals, and presenting them to Senior Management
Demonstrates an ability to work with customers to define requirements, develop solutions and implement those solutions in a timely and cost effective manner
Has experience in creating detailed voice configuration standards documents
Serve as project resource on complex work efforts
