This is a development of technical service position within Flexco China, reporting to the Service Team Supervisor. The incumbent will work in China of diverse industries for technical support and service at site to partners, end users and sales team. Keep closed communication with company for product upgrade and trouble shooting. The position will strongly support the quick business expanding and new product sales growing by providing professional support and service to the market application.
该职位为全新设立的服务工程师职位，隶属于孚乐率中国（公司），向孚乐率服务团队主管汇报。职责范围包括为销售团队提供技术支持，为代理商和终端用户提供现场安装以及指导服务。向公司汇报产品应用的反馈意见及产品现场问题的及时解决。此服务工程师通过提供专业的技术支持及服务，有效支持公司业务快速成长及市场的产品应用。


Overall Position Purpose: 职位综合阐述:
Position is responsible for technical and commercial solution of product issues with regard to
Installation, maintenance, failures, training activities and product upgrades with headquarter in USA.
Develop and maintain technical documentation in coordination with sales team to insure the proper selection, installation and servicing of fasteners, cleaner, lagging and impact bed products.
Provide phone and other media support to clarify work instruction in the service manual.
Develop personal skills to meet ongoing challenges
Coach/mentor for distributors and department members.
Collect and report any information link with quality, performance, and functionality. of Flexco product installed or service provided
Take a chance to be on site and propose to customer other services and product solution.
The demonstration in the use of the equipment and product both for sales and partner training.
Supporting staff based in sales offices across China
此职位要求对于本公司提供的产品进行产品安装，维护，解决现场问题及提出技术方案。为销售团队提供产品选型，现场安装及服务，特别是对于机械带扣，清扫器，包胶以及缓冲床等产品。同时通过多种沟通方式为客户提供咨询及技术支持服务。也为公司的合作伙伴进行安装及技能的掌握提供技术培训。



1. Qualifications / Skills and Experience
资格/技能和工作经历
- Minimum College or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated in site work execution experiences in mechanical distribution installation company
- Work as service engineer in heavy duty conveyor belt manufacturers with over 5 years working experience to target mining, coal, power, steel, and port and cement industries.
- Work as service engineer in conveyor belt machinery manufactures with over 5 years working experience to target mining, power, steel, port and cement industries.
- Mechanical engineering qualification an advantage
- Mechanical aptitude essential
- Strong practical capability at work site
- Written and Oral language skills vital – English, Chinese
- Successful Time & Territory planning experience vital
- High degree of PC literacy very important
- Belt Conveyor industry or related experience a strong advantage.
- Good Presentation and Training skills
- Effective project management, decision-making, and customer service skills
大专毕业资格
至少有5 年以上从事机械产品现场安装服务的工作经验
在重型输送带制造企业, 面向一般矿业、煤矿、水泥、火电厂、钢铁、码头用户，具有5年以上现场服务工程师工作的经验。
在输送设备及带式输送机制造企业，面向一般矿业、水泥、火电厂、钢铁、码头用户，具有5年以上现场服务工程师工作的经验。
具有机械工程安装服务资质者优先考虑。
具有机械基础及意识特质
较强的现场实际动手能力
良好的沟通能力 – 英文和中文
成功的时间管理和区域规划经历及能力，非常重要
具备项目施工管理及客户服务的技能
