WORK RESPONSIBILITY

1. Verify and approve accounting data and vouchers

2. Ensure correct accounting principles / rules are applied

3. Ensure completing accounting reports within deadlines

4. Form a Budget Committee in Finance

5. Design and distribute budget forms to users

6. Arrange budget meetings

7. Review budget until it is approved by Board

8. Establish effective internal control measures

9. Monitor compliance of all departments in daily operation

10. Follow-up on implementation of controls recommendation from the auditors

11. Complete and accurate bookings of accounting transactions

12. Apply proper and acceptable accounting principles / rules

13. Transact business activities in the most tax cost effective way

14. Grow the career paths of good potential staff

15. Strengthen organizational structure of Accounting department

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelors degree with in Accounting or Finance

2.At least 5 years working experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.

3.Strong proficiency in using Excel
4.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressures
