Job Description:
Join a growing global company as we expand our communications and employee development activities in China. As a part of the Ford Automotive Finance (China) staff, you will develop, plan and implement a full range of internal employee communications, along with providing training for our auto financing professionals. FAFC is part of Ford Motor Credit Company, one of the world’s leading automotive financial services companies. FAFC and Ford Credit are subsidiaries of global auto industry leader Ford Motor Company.
Responsibilities:
? Develop content for internal print and online communications and presentations; content and media channels are both country-specific for employees in China and for the company’s employees globally
? Content planning, development, writing, translations, photos, graphics, design and layout
? Support executive communications, including presentations, employee emails and organizing employee meetings
? Support news media inquiries
? Deliver auto financing training classes; provide coaching and support to training staff
? Will be an integral member of the Ford Credit Global Communications team, with representatives in the U.S. and the UK, and the FAFC Human Resources/Learning and Development team in China, also interfacing with the Ford Communications team in China
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or related field
? Minimum 5 to 7 years in communications or related field, such as internal employee communications, public relations or news media
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
? Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills and ability to generate story content
? Ability to develop visually interesting communications materials
? Strong project and event management skills
? Experience in graphic design, social media and tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and SharePoint, Photoshop and InDesign
? Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team
? Some schedule flexibility to accommodate a global business environment
