职位描述

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead development, planning and implementation of Lincoln product communications strategies to industry-leading standards in support of Lincoln China's business plan in the market, including:
1. To plan and implement communication strategies to support brand launch, new product launches, media drive events and other communication campaigns strategically and creatively to high standards;
2. To aggressively tell Lincoln product stories on an on-going basis to auto, IT/Tech and lifestyle media to maximize Lincoln share of voice and desired message delivery vis-à-vis competitors;
3. To develop product communications messages and content, working closely with Lincoln global and Lincoln China Marketing, Sales & Service team;
4. To protect the Lincoln brand by proactively managing Lincoln brand/product issues and crises and minimizing their negative impact;
5. To build and maintain a close relationship with internal stakeholders including Lincoln Marketing, Sales & Service, Product Development, etc. and provide them with communications counsel and support;
6. To manage third-party agency relationships, if any, to ensure that agency partner deliver high quality programs/launch assets in a cost-effective manner;
7. To train and mentor the extended Lincoln product communications team to help them set and achieve their annual performance goals, as well as individual development plans wherever appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BA degree from a reputable university
2. 8 to 10 years’ experience
3. Preferred candidate : Agency, luxury auto brand with a proven track record launching and managing communications for a luxury brand in China
4. Strong technical communication skills and solid understanding of luxury and auto industry, good media relations.
5. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, ability to develop and implement strategic and creative communication plans.
6. Strong bilingual communications skills in both verbal and written communication
7. Ability to drive results in a complex matrix organization
8. Travel required about 30%

8. Key stakeholder/Media relations: ability to build and maintain excellent media/key stakeholder relations to advance overall team goals
