Job Summary工作概要
Responsible for the daily management of the EHS team. Also do the supervision and management for the company EHS work and push all the depts to improve the EHS management.
负责EHS部门的日常管理，对公司的EHS工作进行监督管理，督促各部门提高EHS绩效管理。

Job Responsibility工作职责
1. Collect the related laws and regulations.
及时收集相关法律、法规
2. Establish the company EHS policy.
建立公司的EHS政策
3. Organize and edit all the process and working flow of the EHS management.
组织制订EHS管理的各项程序和流程
4. Push the EHS team to develop the job
推动本部门员工开展工作
5. Do the communication for the EHS manager and related depts' managers.
同本部门经理和相关部门经理做好重点工作沟通
6. Keep the good relationship with other depts.
同外部政府部门保持良好关系
7. Give the guidance to the EHS team and do the fair judgement for the EHS team members on their working level.
有效指导下属完成任务并能对下属进行公平有效地绩效考核
8. Finish other tasks assigned by the superior
负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务

Position Competency岗位胜任要求
1. Education: Bachelor and above, Major in safety project or related mechanical & electrical specialty
本科及其以上学历，安全工程或相关机电类专业
2. 5-8 years working experiences
5至8年工作经验
3. Able to use simple English for communication
简单的英文沟通能力
4. Able to do daily work by computer
基本能使用电脑进行日常工作
5. Have the experience in mechanical manufacture industry and familiar with the production process and the related equipment
有机械制造业工作经验，熟悉相关生产过程和相关设备
6. Have the government registered safety engineer certification is prefer
有国家注册安全工程师证书
7. Familiar with the requirement of ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007
熟悉ISO14001:2004&OHSAS18001:2007体系要求
8. Have the awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
