职位描述
Title: Sourcing Manager (Indirect Materials & Services, Logistics)
Purpose
1. A professional in Indirect Procurement to lead all activities in the significant spend categories across all Logistics spend areas.
2. Develop the approach for logistics procurement, including moving to a more strategic procurement environment.
3. Delivery of results is expected in key business metrics (cost, cash, service, quality, business alignment and innovation) through individual efforts and leading / managing a team of procurement professionals.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Responsible for all procurement relating to Logistics Services and the delivery of significant cost savings whilst improving quality, service & value and manage contractual risks.
2. Report and track progress of initiatives and savings results against goals
3. Develop and implement regional procurement strategies by collaborating across the affiliate procurement teams
4. Negotiate Global/regional/local agreements with suppliers to support the needs of the business
5. Develop and successfully manage internal stakeholders within a matrix organization, whilst maintaining strong and beneficial relationships with vendors
6. Develops organization and people to achieve good and sustainable results
Knowledge/Experience/Competencies
1. Bachelor degree or above, Supply Chain Management preferred.
2. Proved negotiation and influencing skills
3. Over 8 years working experience
4. Solid Management skills to set priorities, performance management and coach employees.
5. Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, theories and procedures, plus extensive knowledge of legal issues in contract development and administration
6. A passion for learning and development
7. Hard worker with the highest integrity and can-do attitude, excellent team player with good people interaction skill
8. Self-motivated and result-oriented person with minimal supervision
