1. Function level requirement analysis/design/coding/testing

2. Module level design/coding/testing

3. Develop software schedules/task breakdowns with detailed effort estimates for work assignments

4. Establish/perform configuration management for software platforms

5. Write comprehensive test plans for software qualification testing

6. Software release qualification and documentation

7. Support released software by investigating problem reports and identifying solutions

8. Conduct peer level code reviews

Job requirements:

1. Better understand MCU architecture, especially on ARM, MSP430, H8, C51 platform and so on;

2. Be proficient in assembly language based on MCU platform and C or C++;

3. Better understand the principle of RTOS;

4. Practical experience in multi-thread programming;

5. Practical experience in developing drivers for common used peripheral devices (e.g. IIC, SPI, UART, LCD etc…);

6. Be familiar with Compiling-Debugging tools(e.g. IAR, Keil, ADS, and so on);

7. Relevant experience in instrument field is plus;

8. Experience in R&D (research and development) project management is plus;

9. Good English skills both written and verbal are plus;
