职位描述
主要职责:
1.设备管理部门相关文件资料起草制定与管理。
2.负责编制公司生产设备及基础设施三级维护保养计划，明确维护保养具体工作内容
及规定时间，做好相应记录。
3. 确保生产的连续性和可靠性. 确保生产不因设备而停产.
4.观察设备运行中出现的故障情况进行分析，总结设备故障原因。做好易损件及非常规零配件管理工作，做好设备维修件清单及实时库存情况，要求账面与实物一致。
5.负责设备维修记录统计汇总工作，制定设备运行月度状况报表，分析设备故障原因，制定改善措施，统计各车间设备故障率。
6.有权对各车间的设备管理，合理使用，进行指导和检查并进行考核及奖罚；
7.负责公司设备例行维护保养或大修指导工作，做好相关记录。
8.积极完成其他相关任务。
任职资格
1。机械设备专业专科以上学历；
2。责任心强，具有团队合作精神；
3。相关设备维护经验8年以上；
4。吃苦耐劳，做事主动性强；
5。熟练操作电脑及运用各类办公软件。
