职位描述
The Sr. Accountant of China supports the IKG China Finance Manager in daily operation at China and knowledge about Chinese laws and procedures.
1. Help to ensure effective internal control systems are in place and are monitored on a regular basis for full SOX compliance in the U.S.
2. Responsible for the accurate and timely recording, summarizing and reporting of all division financial transactions.
3. Ensures timely preparation and submission of all internal & external financial schedules and reports including monthly account reconciliations, monthly & quarterly reporting, monthly & quarterly projections, and annual plan.
4. Provide to China Finance Manager concise commentary & analysis on the performance and issues of the business when requested.
5. Cost monitoring in all areas of the business from Operations to SG&A.
6. Assisting with the development of growth strategies, objectives and achievement.
7. Ensures integrity and effective management of all accounting system activity, along with the ability to define and manage department budgets and monthly financial reviews.
8. Help to review the company’s Accounting Policies and Procedures in accordance with company requirements and in conformance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
9. Recruits, trains, supervise and evaluate all accounting staff.
10. Responsible for preparation and submission of all other information as requested by third-party auditors, statutory audits and internal auditors.
11. Perform analysis and approves customer credit limits.
12. Oversee and manages accounts receivable collections for timely receipt.
13. Complete knowledge of Chinese labor laws and payroll calculations.
14. Perform frequent cashflow forecasting, treasury and cash management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education
? Four-year Accounting degree from an accredited college or university
Experience
? Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting department, at foreign companies .
Other Requirements
? Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
? Must have extensive computer experience with King Dee software.
? Must have “advanced” level spreadsheet skills.
? Must be extremely organized oriented and able to effectively manage priorities and tasks.
