College Degree or above, CET 6 plus.
Fluent in English listening, reading, writing and speaking, strong language communication ability.
At least two years' work experience, active, strong sense of responsibility, industrious on work, hold strong team-work spirit.
Give priority to those who worked in service apartments or four-star plus level hotels before.
职责描述：
1、向客户推荐和介绍海外房地产项目
2、掌握客户需求，提供相关房产投资计划；为客户提供市场行情，及分析未来趋势
3、开拓及维护客户资源，为客户提供相应的海外置业咨询服务
4、积极与客户沟通，协助其完成各类后续流程。
任职资格：
1、有一定的房地产销售经验、且愿意从事海外房产销售工作
2、思路敏捷，有较强的主动性、及自信心，善于沟通交流，并有较强的语言表达能力、及抗压能力
3、工作责任心强，具进取心，踏实认真，细致耐心，具备良好的职业道德及团队合作精神
4、更新客户资料，维护客户关系，努力培养长期客户，并为客户提供良好的售后服务。
5、21-32岁，男女不限，有海外房产或海外留学经验为佳。
