Job Mission
Build the HQ marketing team to support and execute the wide-wide marketing activities. Plan, coordinate and implement the corporate marketing programs, brand building, merchandizing activities and promotions with a team of marketing staff and overseas subsidiaries

Job Responsibility

Branding strategies,
·Align with all branding strategies; communication elements, including retail and product marketing and packaging are cohesive and consistent to achieve integrated brand image and enhance brand equity in totality.
Marketing program,
·Co-operate with the product line to support product launch activities, including product training, product media, merchandising concepts, point of sales materials, etc.
·Evaluate marketing program effectiveness and define and manage marketing budgets.
Team building，
·According to corporate strategy and the department positioning, evaluate or define department organization structure and role and responsibilities in order to maintain highest operation performance
·Establish and improve process for operation model amongst HQ, overseas and relevant Cross-Functional Team with systemic working standards
·Manage staff in different key functional groups within the department and expedite the process and communication across different departments
·Manage team with performance assessment to have the highest efficiency on work with reasonable economical scale in human resources
Other matters assigned by Marketing VP.

Job Qualification
1、Bachelor or above, major in Business Studies, Marketing.
2、7 years experience needed，with solid experience in fields of marketing, marketing communications or customer relationship management.
3、Excellent English and Chinese writing skills in communication such as brochures, leaflets, direct mailing & web sites.
4、Sensitive to business issues, customer acquisition and needs of customers ，familiar with international news affairs, society, economy and consumer markets.
5、Strong leadership and interpersonal skills ,able to work under pressure and a devoted team player with good interpersonal skills.
6、Strong in project management skills to handle multi-tasking international projects with the training experience of Project Management, Marketing & Sales, Leadership will be preferred.
