Manage new product quality at product whole life cycle to ensure produce smoothly and satisfy with customer requirement

New product release quality planning and monitor the performance

Manage Sub contractor on setting quality / test standard to ensure the quality fully meet customer requirement.

Working with other departments to drive process and product quality improvement

Drive the quality improvement in trial run and mass production phase, accurate feedback to project teams for Quality control plan, product validation.

Execute internal Failure Analysis for quality issue and follow up the effectiveness of FAR and 8D

Handle customer complaint (8D) and warranty returns, drive corrective and preventive actions

Monitor sub-con quality performance, setting quality standard to ensure the quality fully meet customer requirement

University degree or above

Min 5 years' experience, preferably in home products.

Familiar with quality management system requirements like ISO/TS16949,ISO9000. Good in quality tools like 7 tools and 8D. Good analytical skill (statistical skill) and process audit skill

Good command of English (both spoken and written) / Mandarin.

Honest, aggressive, assertive, good in follow up. Able to work independently under pressure. Detail and hardworking, self-control
