BA Job Scope and Role & Responsibilities

Scope Conducts preliminary studies of alternative business solutions.
Works under minimum supervision.
Learns and applies basic knowledge in one functional area.
Helps setting up regular BMS for EUC Marketing team
Work on and sending regular BMS updates

Complexity Works on business problems somewhat diverse in scope which require analysis requiring independent thinking and judgement to be applied.

Skills and Knowledge Good understanding of Dell’s business processes, systems capabilities, and all business reports especially Booking and Funnels reports
Good communication and influence skills.
Able to work independently
Good analytical skills and able to see the root cause
Good in excel/ access/ ppt skills

Reports Weekly Acquisition KPI
Weekly seeding accts tracking/ ROI
Weekly BMS - Tablet/ Latitude/ Workstation/ Client
Weekly Program/ Campaign Tracking (if any)
Consolidating Weekly Campaign Tracking
