职责描述：

Assist Plant Manager & Department Managers in document management and daily administrative works, including meeting arrangement, visitors’ coordination, filing of designated documents, etc.

Liaise with related governmental agencies, vendors like hotels, etc.

Control company cars usage, coordinate daily cars’ request.

Arrange travel through outside agents (Including flight ticket/hotel bookings and transportation arrangement)

Help ensure GM has materials such as PPT needed and is preparing for various meetings and events. 

Be responsible for preparing high-quality weekly and monthly operation report. 

Organize annually and monthly critical meeting and prepare meeting minutes. 

Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS laws and requirements or failure to carry out EHS responsibilities, which endanger the environment or people.

Understand and implement Baxter, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to administration.

任职要求：

Bachelor degree or above with major in English would be a distinction advantage.

3 years experience in administration & HR field, foreign company working experience with Americans/Europeans is preferred.

Good command of English both verbal and written.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications 

Strong communicational and interpersonal skills

Holding good service sense.
