1. Independently plan, execute and direct cross-functional engineering projects (or a number of small projects with complex features). Devise new approaches to problems encountered through adaptations and modifications based on standard engineering principles. 独立计划、执行和指导交叉职能的工程项目(或一些复杂的小项目，对遇到的问题根据工程的基本原理做出新办法和适当改良。
2. Responsible for FINA III project implementation in GZP, ensuring the project runs smoothly within time, quality and budget. 负责广州工厂FINA III项目执行，确保项目在预订的时间、质量和成本范围内运行顺畅。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsible roles. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned primary responsible.

这部分包含了5到8个主要的责任角色，任职者还须承担一些其它指定的工作。

1. Responsible for the production equipment systems design, specification, programming, simulation and testing, and start-up assistance as well as providing detailed documentation upon project completion, ensuring all design practices, installation methods, testing and commissioning are running smoothly 负责生产设备系统设计、规格、编程、模拟和测试，协助启动，并在项目完成时提供详细的档案资料。确保所有的设计工作、安装方案、测试和投入生产进程的顺利开展。
2. Manage the equipment cost of project budget; ensure that there is not any over budget. 控制项目设备预算，确保项目无超预算开支。
3. Strengthen current Project Management practices. 加强目前的项目管理实践
4. Document development work including writing protocols for manufacturing or scientific test results. 文件建设工作包括编写制造验证或科学性的测试结果
5. Compliance with SOP, GMP, ISO14001 and OHSAS18000. 遵从SOP,GMP, ISO14001和OHSAS18000.
6. Total Employee Involvement with responsibility per EHS requirement. Ensure EHS/Quality impacts to be minimal during progress. 根据工厂EHS的要求去履行全员参与员工应尽的职责。确保工作中的EHS/质量安全问题风险最小化。

1. Good PM skill. Good at English. 具备良好的项目管理技巧, 良好的英语水平。
2. Good knowledge in project management and engineering. Ability to learn and apply the new tools such as IE, FMEA etc. 能学习并应用新的分析工具如工业工程、FMEA等，具备良好项目及工程等知识。
3. Independent judgment in the evaluation, selection and adaptation of various engineering techniques is required. 能够在多样的工程技术上独立自主地做出评估、选择和改变。

1. College above in Engineering. 大专以上学历，相关工程专业
2. 3 years above working experience in project management in pharmaceutical area is required. 3年以上制药行业项目管理相关的工作经验。
3. Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices of related field. 要切实有相关领域的知识,理论,概念和实践
