Task Description:
- Regulatory Reporting and Management
- Key role in ER team to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of regulatory related financial reporting to governmental authorities;
- Support and prepare ad-hoc analysis demand from regulatory related financial reporting;
- Main role in ER for descriptive, data mining and data visualization topics related to External Reporting;
- Maintain and manage efficient and good communication channels to regulators and support on-site inspections.
- Plan and execute reporting generation and uploading based on regulated time frames and quality requirements.
- Prepare and response to the questions and analytics requirements from regulator. Enhance reporting generation and uploading performance and automation.
- Take lead in Best Finance, digitalization and automation related initiatives with regards to regulatory reporting.
- Continuous collaboration with Controlling, BDI and EG department to achieve goals and targets
- Establish and enhance close working relationships with all finance and controlling partners and teams in all assigned planning and reporting tasks.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Experiences of at least 3 years in multi-national corporations or overseas companies in the automotive financing, banking, or internet industries
- Solid hands-on experience in either mathematics, statistics or BI tools, with the cability of end-to-end design and performance tuning
Knowledge:
- Good knowledge about R and SSAS/SSRS, SQL and/or other languages and BI tools
- Excellent communication, analytical or mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and/or experience in financial/accounting departments is a plus
- Keen attention to detail and strong quality and responsibility senses
Training and Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in computer science/statistics/mathematics/economics or equivalent
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Sound knowledge of business intelligence solutions & data warehousing
