工作内容：

？ 【服务部门数字化】充分利用已有的IT资源（如：office365，share-point，ERP，800呼叫系统）,结合外部供应商解决方案 ,推动服务部门数字化， 

？ 【服务数据运营】使用数据分析，质量管理等手段；定义服务指标（如：客户满意度、维修率），获取服务数据（如：跨系统、跨平台的数据查询），定位根本原因；以提升客户满意度、问题解决率等服务部门指标。负责服务部门的运营数据管理，提供数据支持、提出优化建议； 

？ 【服务效率提升】通过与各服务团队的沟通，寻找协同办公机会点，开发出一定的小工具（如：VBA+EXCEL），以帮助服务部门提升工作效率。 

？ 【内部沟通】针对已发现的服务业绩改善机会协助跨部门的沟通，如：市场部、销售部、财务部、IT部或外部供应商 

技能要求：

？ 熟悉任一数据库：SQL, MySQL、ORACLE 等 

？ 熟悉任一编程语言：C++,VBA, JAVA, python等 

？ 掌握一定的计算方法，如：维修率、满意度、及时发货率 

？ 有数据分析，经营分析的相关工作经验或实习经验； 

？ 逻辑能力强；沟通能力强；学习能力强； 

？ 具有锲而不舍的精神，抗压力强； 

？ 具备独立思考的能力，能独挡一面； 

？ 以结果为导向，以业绩为导向； 

其他要求：

？ 大专以上学历， 

？ 1年以上相关经验，优秀毕业生可放宽 

？ 能用英语作为工作语言，
