岗位职责:
1, Responsible for design transfering work, develop mechanical process document providing guideline to manufacture、assembly、debugging and etc, and keep improvement;
1、承担从设计到生产的转移工作，从事产品加工、装配、调试等机械工艺文件和工艺工装的开发工作，并持续改进；
2, Responsible for the components and process inspection techincal document development;
2、承担产品零部件及过程检验技术文件的开发工作；
3, Responsible for the works of surpervising production line and training, provide supporting on line, analyze and solve the defect on line with R&D together
3、承担生产过程的技术指导、培训工作，对生产过程进行在线技术支持，并和研发部协作分析解决在制不良品；
4, Responsible for the analysis of returned products failures in electrical major, and give suggestion to products improvement；
4、承担成品返修的机械类故障技术分析工作，对产品的持续改进提出相应意见和建议；
5, Responsible for the development of new process, verification of engineering changing with R&D together;
5、从事产品新工艺的开发验证工作，和研发部协作对技术变更实施必要的验证工作；

岗位要求:
1, Technical secondary school or above degree, major in mechanical or electromechanical engineering;
1、机械或机电一体化专业毕业,大专及以上文化程度；
2, More than 3 years related working experience about mechanical process、equipements and related files;
2、具备3年以上机电类产品装配工艺、工装及相关技术文件设计和编制工作经历；
3, Familiar with general mechanism structure and knowledges of mechanical manufacture processes, has basic knowledge of plastic moulding;
3、熟悉常见机械机构的工作原理，熟悉机械加工工艺和塑料成型的基础知识
4, Familiar with quaility controlling in products development, know APQP knowledge, familiar with process controlling ways as FMEA;
4、熟悉产品研发过程中的质量控制要求，了解APQP基础知识，精通FMEA等过程控制手段；
5, Has good hands-on ability, activity to works, has good skills in communication and team cooperation;
5、动手能力强，主动性高，有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神；
6, Familiar with PC operation, has good ability to write process technical documents by word or excel;
6、AutoCAD及Pro-E绘图软件应用熟练, 具备良好的工艺文档编撰能力；
