ReSound China is currently on a look out for a Technician who will be mainly responsible for the customized machine making or hearing aid maintenance and customer technical support. You will directly report to Senior HSC Supervisor, be a member of Hearing Service Center. Based in CD (成都).

  

 

  

 You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:

•   准确及时地执行定制机制作或者助听器维修任务；

• Carry out customized machine making or hearing aid maintenance tasks accurately and timely;

• 严格遵守定制机制作/维修流程；

  Strictly follow the customized machine manufacturing / maintenance process;

• 核对订单数量并及时把每日完成数据录入系统；

  Check the order quantity and input the daily data into the system in time;

• 与经销商和公司销售人员积极沟通；

  Actively communicate with distributors and sales staff of the company;

• 做好或监督做好HSC的FP和维修配件的库存管理；

  Supervise the stock management of FP and repair parts of HSC;

• 完成由其上司指派的其他工作。

  Other tasks assigned by their supervisor.

                        

An experienced as a technician, we’d like you are:

  

• 善于与人沟通，良好的客户意识；

  Good communication skills and good customer awareness;

• 良好的接待能力；

  Good reception ability;

• 诚实、积极的工作态度；

  Honest and positive work attitude

• 工作认真细心、责任心强；

  Work carefully and have a strong sense of responsibility;

• 高度的团队合作精神。

  Team Work Spirit

• 中专以上学历，电子背景专业；

  Technical secondary school or above, major in electronics;

• 两年以上工作经验，具有定制机制作、维修工作者优先；

  More than two years working experience, with customized machine manufacturing, maintenance workers preferred;

• 良好的计算机应用技能。

  Good computer skills.

• 能熟练使用各项OFFICE操作软件；

  Be proficient in using office operation software;

• 具有一定的英语读写能力；

  Have certain English reading and writing ability;
