Job Purpose (Briefly state in one sentence the overall objective of the role)
Primary responsibility to sell products or services by working with current customers. Responsible for the needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale, installation or delivery and post-sales services to a group of clients. May identify new potential customers. Working under periodic supervision

Major Responsibilities (Justification: 1.List 1-8 working responsibilities to cover 3 key areas: concerning points, accountabilities and authorities and limitations; 2.Describe key tasks for each responsible item and make it as clear as possible for other people to understand this job's main working scope and tasks.
- Calls on current and potential customers;
- Learn and develop knowledge and sales skill
- Collect competitor and customer situation and give the feedback quickly
- KOL/KA management and development
- Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc;
- Keeps records and reports on all activities;
- Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts;
- Coordinates with distributors on the execution of sales plan and programs;
Authorities
- Staff recruitment: has the right to interview and recommend Area Sales Admin staff
- Performance evaluation: has the right to evaluate Area Sales Admin Staff's performance (55% weight), and ASM determines the rest 45%.

Required Knowledge and Skill (Physical and moral base)
- 2-3 years sales experience;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong analysis capability;
- Good customer relationship and develop new customers;
- Teamwork spirit;
- Conversational English speaking skills preferred
- Competitive intelligence and result driven

Required Education Background
Education Background: Bachelor degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, marketing, sales or relative specialty.
