职位描述
岗位职责：
-负责汽车维修厂的全面工作，负责厂内机构设置的建立，明确人员职责权限，负责监督和制定管理措施；
-负责维修厂资源的配置与协调，包括设施、设备、人员的管理；
-负责维修厂的安全问题，控制维修质量及生产成本，确保车辆维修按时、按质完成；
-负责控制维修流程质量，对车辆维修过程中出现的质量问题做鉴定分析；
-负责确定员工的培训需求及计划制定；
-负责公司各项制度在本部门的宣导及信息的传递，完成上级安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
-大专及以上学历，具备三年以上汽车实际维修经验，具有同岗位经验者优先考虑；
-有较强的对车辆故障进行检查和判断的能力；
-有安全生产、环境保护方面的工作经验；
-有较强的管理能力和组织协调能力；
-具有独立工作和学习的能力，工作认真细心；
-C1及以上驾照。
