岗位职责

1、负责协助销售部门拟定合同，各类销售合同的归档并管理；销售周报表的录入及月利润表的统计。

2、协助人事部门的日常工作；

3、负责公司内的行政类工作；

4、负责公司网络的管理及维护。

任职资格

1、形象气质佳，应届毕业生亦可；

2、开朗、热情、善于人文关怀，观察能力强；

3、积极主动，有责任新，工作有耐心、办事效率高；

4、能熟练使用office办公软件等；

4、较强的表达能力及书写能力，逻辑思维强；

5、有较好的应急和应变能力。
