岗位职责：
1、负责公司润滑油营销体系的规划建设并组织实施；
2、负责公司营销队伍的建设、培训、管理工作，并建立有效的营销队伍激励体系；
3、负责公司市场营销策略的制定，对品牌、渠道发展策略与路径进行规划，并组织实施；
4、负责润滑油物流体系的建设和管理工作；
5、根据公司润滑油总体目标，负责对目标进行有效分解并监督目标的实现；
6、负责公司战略客户的开发与关系维护。
