Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand the products in general,
• Collect customer information, establish customer files,
• Receive customer inquiries and send to sales team,
• Contact with Global branches and support sales to quote,
• Collect and hold business-related docs and reports,
• Support to prepare bidding docs,
• Collect monthly, quarterly and yearly business data and reporting, management of all kinds of data, maintain secrecy,
• Other work assigned by Sales director or General Manager
• Replacing and Backup of GM assistant, if necessary
• Doing other jobs according to qualification, if necessary

Qualifications:

• College degree or above.
• Preferably with sales assistant related work experience, fresh graduates acceptable
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Good team spirit.
• Very engaged in sales success.
• Good at communication.
• CET 4 or above, fluency in written and spoken English.
• Good in translation English/Chinese
• Report to Sales director
• Travel occasionally
• Able to relocate in Shanghai, if necessary
