职位描述
Position-1: Sales & Marketing Solution Sr. Mgr or Mgr
The right candidate will be a forward-thinking Sales & Marketing professional with solid Automotive Industry and/or Consulting Services experience related capable of bringing innovation to our organization.
ROLE
1. Build a solution plan which demonstrates steps/activities, cost components required within territory or portfolio of assigned accounts.
2. Form, build, lead, and be a member of a successful account solution team which drives customer growth and customer satisfaction
3. Develop, foster and sustain strong relationships as a trusted advisor to assigned customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Plan and conduct goal orientated customer meetings which maximizes positive deal or conflict resolution progress.
5. Proactively research and analyze available customer situational information (Market data, Social Media, Customer Articles, etc.) to build and position a preemptive value proposition to a customer BEFORE they identify their own need.
6. Plan and conduct efficient and meaningful customer discovery sessions to gain valuable insight into prospect's business and vision, and clarity about how the solutions can help them achieve their goals.
7. Construct and deliver customer presentations which are concise, compelling and valuable in the eyes of the prospect or the customer.
8. Experience and success in selling high value, long lead time enterprise solutions
9. Proven new business development skills.
10. Outstanding presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
11. Outstanding customer-focused account management skills.
Qualification:
Fluent in English and Japanese, German or French is a plus;
Enthusiastic ‘can do’ personality;
Deep Knowledge and understanding of Mobility, Automotive, Manufacturing industry pain points and related cost-drivers is preferred.
Understanding of broad competitive solution footprints for the Sales & Marketing information systems marketplace is preferred.
Demonstrated relationships with relevant Industry system integrators.
Position-2: After Services Solution Sr. Mgr or Mgr
The right candidate will be a forward-thinking After Services professional with solid Automotive Industry and/or Consulting Services experience related capable of bringing innovation to our organization.
ROLE

The right candidate will be a forward-thinking Supply Chain professional with solid Automotive Industry related and/or Consulting Services experience capable of bringing innovation to our organization.
ROLE
1. Build a solution plan which demonstrates steps/activities, cost components required within territory or portfolio of assigned accounts.
2. Form, build, lead, and be a member of a successful account solution team which drives customer growth and customer satisfaction
