Job Description:
1. Administers human resources policies associated with payroll, salary administration.
2. Ensures all employee programs are in compliance with labor law.
3. Executes daily C&B operations.
4. Maintains staff information records and personnel documents.
5. Employment contract & P-file management.
6. Liaise with personnel agencies for staff on-board and termination process


Job Qualification:
1. Graduate, at least 1 years experience in C&B function
2. Proficiency in Excel, especial in Function and Formula. As well as good command of Word.Outlook etc.
3. Experience in EHR system is preferred
4. Very logical thinking, good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Good command of English both in oral and written
6. Good team spirit with strong accountability.
