职位描述
1、协助对公司日常工作中涉及的各类法律事务进行处理。
2、协助管理和审核公司的各类合同。
3、对公司各项法律工作提起建议。
4、协助处理各类法律文书及标准合同的起草、初步审查工作。
5、协助完成公司商标、外观设计专利的日常管理。
6、根据公司及部门领导的要求，配合各地工商部门查处各地假冒公司产品，侵犯公司商标专用权的不法行为。
7、就公司产品包装及市场推广存在的相关问题提出辅助性法律意见。
8、协助处理公司的各类经济、知识产权等纠纷。
9、根据公司及部门的要求，妥善保管公司合同章，并按规定正确使用。
10、协助完成公司工商年检、登记、变更。
11、协助公司房产抵押设定、解除的审核工作。
12、协助完成各类法律文件整理、归档等日常办公事务。
13、完成上级领导临时安排的任务。
岗位要求：
1、具备法律专业本科及以上学历，熟悉公司法律事务。
2、从事法律专业工作2年以上。
3、能独立从事法律顾问职责、职权范围内的工作。
