Be Responsible For Ford Primary Brand Strategy, Go-To-Market Plan and Execution
  • Manage Ford primary brand Go-To-Market timelines and milestones based on team alignment
  • Support the development of primary brand launch campaign and drive stakeholder alignment on all deliverables
  • Support primary brand strategy and plan briefing to internal teams
  • Lead content planning and work with agency / social and media editor teams to deliver relevant and interesting contents to drive public awareness and consideration
  • Work with PR to support messaging development and social campaigns to enhance media awareness and drive engagement
  • Understand and fully utilize research findings as well as analytics / metrics and develop actionable plans to address business challenges
  • Support BTL communications channels (experiential events, auto shows, etc.)
  • Industry trend and competitive actions analysis
 
Coordinate BTL Execution
  • Bring proposal and drive different team into one direction on BTL floor plan
  • Work with NDSD/JMC/FCO/Team Edison/PR/Regional Sales/Exhibition Host/Vendor/Dealers to deliver smooth execution by following the planned timeline
  • Inspire creative to deliver interactive and memorable activities to encourage customers’ self-motivated social sharing
  • Timely tracking process to ensure efficient leads distribution and issue fixing
  • Lead annual fixed assets process
 
Drive Governance and Process
  • Lead cross-functional launch meeting - attendance by key launch functions
  • Track timely feedback input from each team
  • Support internal senior management review, JV EC reviews
  • Work with PUR/FIN teams to support internal PE/PO approval process
 
Personal Development
  • Actively participate corporate level training and activities to enrich skill set
  • Learn “strategic thinking” and “design thinking” concept to apply into daily working
