Position Purpose:
The position’s primary responsibility is to lead regular benefits review for Greater China market and acting as the key contact person for all local market vendors management by continuously improving service level and raising employee satisfaction. In addition, this role is also responsible complex compensation related projects design and execution for Shanghai based skill team.

The position’s primary responsibility is to lead regular benefits review for Greater China market and acting as the key contact person for all local market vendors management by continuously improving service level and raising employee satisfaction. In addition, this role is also responsible complex compensation related projects design and execution for Shanghai based skill team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex compensation related projects per Shanghai based skill team requirements, i.e. Lincoln sales bonus, self-funded project bonus;
- Lead annual regular benefits programs review, enhancement and related communications to Greater China region and ensure deliverables can meet cross-skill team stakeholder’s requirements. Regular benefits programs include but not limited to Flex benefits enhancement, Supplementary Insurance, Annual Medical Checkup, and etc.;
- Co-lead total Ford China recognition programs establishment and China savings plan re-design project to ensure projects delivery within required timeline;
- Be responsible for pilot/new designed programs iteration to well address the changing business requirement;
- Be responsible for all benefits service vendors management (i.e. Deloitte, Ping An, Douli, FESCO) by continuously improving related service level agreement for employees’ satisfaction enhancement;
- Acting as key contact person in Greater China market to ensure the updated benefits programs reflecting in global ben track system in timely manner;
- Provide onsite support for FCO, FAFC & JVs (per needs), which includes providing C&B consultation for IBI spending, special offer reviewing, payroll transfer discussion, as well as sign-on bonus discussion and other special cases pre-C&B-assessment;
- Provide local support for tax related project implementation by well collecting and advocating local (FCO) feedback. Per project lead requirement, support project roll-out;
- Coach, counsel and educate HRBO partners on C&B policies and practices;
- Other tasks assigned by Greater China C&B Manager.
- Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent education background (Business HR, C&B related fields);
- More than 3 years Compensation and Benefits experience, including analysis, administration and program design;
- Exceptional numerical and analytical skills, exceptional computer systems: job evaluation, executing surveys, range development, bonus design, benefit program analysis, costing;
- Good knowledge in PeopleSoft and related system; C&B market competitiveness study methodology and approach, C&B program design and compensation planning modeling, budgeting, programming;
- Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
