职位描述

Responsibilities:

Support for driving the development and execution of EV GTM market strategy and plans to build the EV brand awareness, desirability and convert consumer engagement & sales in long-run vision.

Lead Social marketing for Launch & Sustainment of EV  Products
  • Understand the target customer, media and technology consumptions habits for each campaign
  • Work with agencies to develop innovative contents and drive new digital ideas for the customer across all touch-points
  • Translate creative campaign themes and key messages into unique digital executions
  • Work with agency and market media planning teams to implement a digital media plan
  • Establish success metric and analytics for tracking campaign and media performance
EV co-branding and Operational Excellence:
  • Lead co-branding strategy and business development on EV branding partnership.
  • Work with agency to improve digital media efficiency and effectiveness, create interactive contents to inspiring customers.
  • Understand linkages between Global Marketing Launch Process (GMLP) and interface with Global Marketing for specific digital regional deliverables (e.g. strategy, placemats, launch plans)
  • Identify and champion best practices for local market digital planning, tracking, and measurement
  • Support Global Digital Program and Tool implementation across AP markets
Support EV go-to-market in China:
  • Support to develop GTM strategy by working with cross-functional team, lead and track the execution of go-to-market to run the success launch of new product. The in-depth understanding of EV, marketing and sales is strongly emphasized
  • Work with cross-functional team including Product Marketing, Retail Marketing, Marcomm, Sales, FCSD, Distribution, Charging, Finance, Business Strategy, Ford Credit, CAF, JMC and broader MS&S organization to develop process to identify new go-to-market ideas for Ford’s new Electrified Product go to market
Drive overall budget incl. Fixed Marketing/Variable Marketing/ Selling Cost Forecasts and Analytics.
  • Drive development of FM/VM/Selling cost spend model that supports go-to-market planning and execution.  
  • Lead Agency Relationship and Management.
  • Lead development of Agency Scope of Work (SOW) including detailed planning placemats, resource summaries, and proposed performance metrics
  •  Lead completion of agency evaluation (mid-year, year-end) and coordinate submissions from markets and ensure 100% green on-time delivery
  • Track status of monthly budget incl. production, agency travel, etc. and identify opportunities/risks to forecast 

Requirements:
 
  • 8 years experience with marketing or business bachelor degree or above
  • Prior experience in Marketing Communications, preferably within Digital Marketing
  • Experience in digital marketing agency management and/or experience working with IT Teams and managing Enterprise projects will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of global EV auto industry and markets, Ford's product and general product knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with Managing operation of APP/Wechat & Customer Databases
  • Understanding of Ford Global Marketing deliverables, expertise in Digital Marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with different internal and external constituents.
  • Be knowledgeable on Ford business processes and products.
  • Fluent Mandarin & English capability.
