Job dimensions:

• Located in TJ plant. assisted QA manager to:
• Organize and monitor routine process of quality assurance system in TJ plant.
• Initiate and Maintain ISO9001/IATF16949 Certification in TJ plant for both lubricants and grease.
• Monitor and improve the quality management for material suppliers and service suppliers.
• Coordinate and support quality complaints handling.

 Activities:  

• Initiate and Maintain ISO9001/IATF16949 Certification in TJ plant for both lubricants and grease based Company Rules and ISO standards.

• Organize and monitor production process of quality assurance system in TJ plant

• Organize renew and upgrade related procedures, instructions to ensure a proper and constant implementation.

• Monitor KPI and steady improvement of the different KPIs related to quality performances.

• Review and establish quality criteria to improve quality level on product, operation, supplier and service provider side.

• Monitor and give improvement proposal of all suppliers’ quality performance.

• Coordinate and support Supplier audit plan creation and implement.

• Coordinate customer complaints handling process and analysis customer complaints.

• Review customer requests and support OEM new product development.

• Maintain documentation system to support new business with document submit and conduct customer audits.

• Conduct quality program and training to improve staff, suppliers and distributors quality awareness.

• Complete other jobs or projects assigned by line management.

• With the rapid growth and independent requirements of China market, advanced quality solution, quick feedback for customer compliance and effective cross communication are necessary.

Accountabilities:  

• Establish and Maintain ISO9001/IATF16949 Certification in TJ Plant based company rules and national standards.

• Follow Total Lubricants’ quality principle and establish suitable quality assurance system in TJ plant.

• Effective communication with each stakeholder including customer, supplier and related Depts.

• Continues to Renew and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance system and ensure perfect quality control in raw materials, operation, finished products, logistic, supplier and services.

Qualifications/Experiences required:

•   Bachelor degree or above, Science or chemical engineering based or equivalent.

• Experienced in quality assurance (Min 3 years).

• Familiar with ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 quality system and supplier quality management background is preferred.

• Good at Planning, organization and cooperation, ability to establish efficient quality assurance system.

• Good at spoken and written English.
