工作职责:

1.负责前台电话转接和来访/面试接待，维护通讯录信息；

2.快递、办公用品、名片、保洁等行政费用结算；

3.部门日常采购，公司办公用品采购及发放、员工卡制作、印章制作；

4.公司会务协调及会议室管理：预定、巡查、设备设施维护、VIP接待及讲解；

5.通知公告、宣传推广等海报制作，行政公众号推文编辑和日常维护；

6.药箱、雨伞借用管理，失物招领/寻物启事等协调，门禁权限管理。

任职资格:

1.统招本科及以上学历，有一定英文基础，能进行日常会话；

2.行政类相关工作经验，形象气质佳；

3.具有较强的服务意识、沟通协调组织能力；

4.执行力、责任心强，做事条理清晰、细心；

5.文笔佳，擅长文案写作、文化活动宣传，可熟练使用办公及制图软件；

6.熟悉公众号运营能紧跟行业趋势，了解大V吸粉技巧及各类编辑规则，有新媒体运营经验者优先。
