The position holder will support C&B functions on daily operational works:

- Be responsible for monthly store attendance check and relevant report

- Assist to prepare payroll related report

- Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding process, closely work with BBS

- Maintain staff information in HR systems and employee file management and maintenance

- Support to provide personnel services to expats in the company, e.g. Work Permit & Resident Permit application, renewal and termination

- Work with Fesco to ensure all related work on process

- Other works assigned by line manager

Position requirement:

- Bachelor degree with relevant working experiences, retail industry background is a strong plus

- Well organized and detail-oriented

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-starter mind set and able to work multi-task

- Familiar with MS Office application, especially Excel, and proficient in English
