Margin controller – setting annual margin budget, monitor and analyze margin trend, and risk assessment.
? Margin tracking & analysis (Customer\Products\Discount\CBB\Customer Solution)
a) 公司销售毛利的监控和分析(从客户\产品\项目及客户订制项目等角度)
b) 参与年度总部转移价格预算的计划和确认;
c) 月度毛利业绩报告的编制和分析;
d) 组织和价格部门的月度业绩回顾会议;

? Projects Profitability analysis ;
a) 业务团队大项目盈亏平衡预测与分析;
b) 总部相关项目毛利分析和跟踪；

? Risks assessment & ALERT;
c) 按客户等级\行业所属分析并提示毛利变化趋势;
d) 准备公司业绩回顾报告的相关内容
e) 完成总部要求的相关分析与报告



任职要求：
? Prefer the experience on Pricing management or Production Cost Accountant;
? Cross function communication and cooperation;
? Mature and composed person adept at managing change and handling resistance effectively associated to the implementation
? Strong project management, process management and change management skills
? Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
? Good understanding and knowledge of accounting
? Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
? ERP/SAP knowledge is preferred
