Responsibilities:
？Manage MCO segment develop by conducting market research; generation product requirements; identifying potential products; determining products specifications, pricing, production timetables and time-integrated plan.
？Lead AO others related projects and activities base on segment marketing strategy to facility the business and obtain the products market share.
？Design professional marketing tools to support products presentation sales pitches
？Fully understand technical trend and competitions and customers behaviors to drive innovation for AO others products.
？Actively collaborate and influence across a variety of organizational functions to assure each link of product management be smoothly and meet the targets , including Trade Marketing and Digital Marketing and sales teams.
？Monitor marketing program in yearly Marketing Plan and ensure timely and efficient roll-out through the channels
？Manage the segment marketing budget, advise the budget for each segment on key activities. Track spending with liquidation monitoring and KPIs achievement.
？Host the localization and implement of global projects in China, propose Chinese solutions/adaptation upon global model to ensure good implementation of key projects implemented in China market respecting to local market benefits

Requirements:
？Bachelor or above degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines;
？Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, especially in product management;
？Highly-initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
？Detail-oriented, energetic, passionate, self-motivated and supportive thinking;
？Excellent both in oral and written English and Mandarin, well skilled in Office PC software and tools.
