Activities：  

1. Responsible for on-site people management, regularly review and evaluate team performance;  

2. Cooperate with purchasing, planning and logistics to ensure raw material receiving and finish goods transferring following standard process;

3. Ensure forklift drivers follow up the process standard strictly and correct inappropriate operations timely;  

4. Housekeeping management combine with TPM  to make the warehouse clean and tidy;

5. Optimize the flow of logistics from the warehouses to the working areas, implementation of the Continuous Improvement Plan and modify the current process ;

6. Team work with other department to improve pallet management, material receiving, material issuing and support finished goods transferring from filling to warehouse ;

7. Organize physical counting in Warehouse, ensure physical counting efficiency and accuracy, analysis deviation in time, and take action to reduce the loss amount and meet physical counting target;  

8. Manage the FIFO of additives in plant and monitor the aging with timely alerting to planning/quality dept;

9. Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and storage space is used efficiently.  

10. Daily management of the HSE in the dominative area, report deviation, observe subordinates deviation report and change, keep a good zero accident trend.

3. In a JV foreign investment environment, 10+ plants/Warehouses, GZ plant locates in GUANGZHOU development district Zone, Guangzhou City, south China          

Accountabilities：

1. Responsible for daily warehouse running in GZ plant.

2. Jobholder is responsible for the implementation at his/her level of HSE rules of Total.

Qualifications / experience required：

1. College degree or above.

2. 5+ years working experience,  2+ years warehouse management;  

3. Realize ISO 9000/TS16949 and ISO 14000/OHSAS18000 preferable.

4. Good English and good computer skill, ERP experience is preferred.  

5. Good communication skill with related departments.
