职位描述
岗位职责：
1、保存公司基本的和重要的文件，如营业执照、章程、董事会决议等；
2、在一些转移公司权利和义务的法律活动中准备完备的法律文件并且保存好；
3、确保在公司或法律变动时公司的产权证书都被更新；
4、经常与相关政府部门沟通并通过各种方式建立良好的关系，从他们那里获得建议以避免风险和损失；
5、帮助企业内部解决员工劳动纠纷和劳动仲裁等事宜，提供相关法律信息。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，法律事务相关专业；
2、5年以上相关工作经验，有公司法务、律所事务所或仲裁机构从业背景；
3、具有基本的法律素养，了解基础法律知识，具备法律从业人员基本技能；
4、精通公司法、合同法、劳动法、投融资法规的政策法规及法律业务，具有处理复杂或者疑难法律事务的工作能力和实务操作经验；
5、具备各类法律事务的逻辑判断和分析能力、外部事务的公关能力；
6、较强的组织协调能力、沟通能力及商务谈判能力，良好的文字功底；
7、拥有很强责任心和团队精神，做事认真、严谨、热情。
