?POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for refinery industry sales bookings, building and managing customer relationships and promotion of company’s image and products and project win successfully.

?MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead, manage and achieve MRO sales objectives in the assigned territory and accounts through effective management, development and support of sales channels.
2. Develop and execute key account management program to create more business from installed base.
3. Develop MRO selling process, educate and manage sales channel to use the process to create MRO business opportunities.
4. Effective pursuit of MRO business directly with Representatives sales engineers.
5. Ensure effective coverage of customer accounts by sales channels. Develop and manage sales channels to effectively penetrate into new customers or industries.
6. Provide technical support or solutions to MRO inquiries from sales channel.
7. Train sales channel to change their mindset and improve their skill set to be capable to pursue MRO business.

?SCOPE
1.Countries covered: China.
2.Require 40-60% travel time on project pursuit activities. Countries covered Primarily China.

?JOB COMPETENCIES
1.Special products technical support
2.Good communication with LBP and end user.
3.Strategy implement for refinery project.
4.PC literate.
5.Ability to plan and organize

?EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1. Engineering degree preferably in Process Control, Automation & Instruments, Mechanical Engineering, Electric with 1-2 years experience
2. Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
3. Require 50% travel time on sales activities.
