To support the Department Manager in establishing and implementing communication strategies to meet organizational objectives

Clearly grasp the company VI guideline, keep the consistency of the VI guideline permeating in all BTL communication in order with our norms

Plan and execute on communication plan for events/sponsorship/CSR, post-event report and analysis

To work closely with creative agency, design concept briefing and exchanging to work out the BTL communication kits for each MKT campaign

To work out co-branding cooperation in badminton competition and other sponsorship program and partnership of TLC, create and update communication kits for yearly campaign and follow through on execution

Assist the production and updating of TLC introduction/promotion/event video, annual summary video and other company level / plant level related marketing tools

Co-work with media team, acting as back-up to social media executive, assist to arrange PR programs to continuously promote brand attributes on competition activations

Co-work with digital team, assist to promote digital activations on BTL communication through new media channel

Budget control on all BTL activations linked to competition, sponsorship activation Capitalized on key motorsport / badminton sponsorship:

Bachelor or above degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines;

Minimum 3 years of marketing experience  ,especially in event management;

Highly-initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills;

Detail-oriented, energetic, passionate, self-motivated and supportive thinking;

Excellent both in oral and written English and Mandarin, well skilled in Office PC software and tools.
