PURPOSE: To assume the responsibility to clean, prepare and coat products with manual and semi-automated Thermal Spraying Applications processes (Thermal Spray, Plasma Spray, Arc Spray, HVOF – High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) and manual and semi-automated Top Coat Spraying Applications processes. Must work with tight tolerances. Must be detail oriented. Position requires a positive attitude and will have varying degrees of direct customer interaction. May require travel to/from customer locations.
工作内容：负责按照手动和半自动的热喷涂工艺（包括热喷涂，等离子喷涂，电弧喷涂，超音速火焰喷涂）以及表面涂层喷涂工艺来对产品进行表面喷涂和清理；表面涂层的精度要求高，工作时需要高度思想集中；该职位需要积极认真的工作态度，需要直接面对不同程度的客户要求；可能需要去客户工厂出差。


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:岗位职责


1.严格遵守有关的环境和安全的法律法规。发现有可能危害员工健康和安全的隐患时，需要立即向上级报告。Perform operations in compliance with Environmental & Safety laws. Notify Technical Production Manager of any spills, injuries or other issues that may affect the safety and health of yourself and/or others.

2.能调整及使用喷砂设备进行产品表面处理，保证产品的基础镀层和表面镀层的粘结效果符合工艺要求。Setup, and operate grit blasting equipment to prepare parts for proper bonding of basecoat and/or top-coat materials.

3.能使用热喷涂设备、表面喷涂设备以及其他的相关设备和工具对托辊、型芯和工件进行喷涂处理，并对设备进行维护和保养。要求在通风区域中进行喷涂操作。热喷涂时必须保证周围没有可燃、易燃的物品。工作时必须使用恰当的呼吸防护措施来保证自己免于吸入金属颗粒、废气以及溶液。Prepare, operate, and maintain all equipment, tooling, thermal spray equipment and top-coat spray equipment, to properly apply basecoat and top-coat materials to rollers/cores/parts. Conduct spray operations in well ventilated area. Remove all flammable/combustible materials from thermal spray areas to prevent fire risk. Must be able to use appropriate respiratory protection against metal fumes, dusts, solvents, and sprayed materials.

4.定期检查、更换易损件；工作前检查控制设定是否符合要求；按工作程序更换材料和气体。Inspect, rotate, and change consumable parts on a regular basis; monitor control settings; change materials, and gases using proper procedures.

5.检查不合格品的表面涂层成分，按先进先出的原则流转库存产品，按精确测量的结果配置表面涂层的材料；观察喷涂方式和控制设定是否能达到期望值；遵守表面喷涂工艺的规章制度。Inspect top coat ingredients for problems, rotate stock of top coatings (first in-first out), and mix top coat materials based upon exact measurements; monitor spray patterns and control settings to achieve desired results; follow accepted top-coating procedures.

6.利用测量工具（如千分尺，轮廓仪和高温计）来保证能够测量出工件的精确尺寸并将测量结果打印。Utilize measurement tools (i.e.: micrometer, profilometer, temperature pyrometer) to ensure accuracy of parts to print specifications.

7.将工件装卸到位；能够使用起重设备；能使用手动推车装卸、运送工件；有叉车许可资格，并按规章制度使用叉车。Handle, and transport parts to and from work areas; use a hoist or crane to lift, transport, and position work. Manually move carts of parts. Operate forklift vehicle safely.

8.操作前后能用规定的方式准确地报告工作效果，所用时间和工作状态积极其他的相关信息。Report accurately in the manner prescribed the information on work performed, time spent, condition of work before and after operations, and any other required information.

9.按有关空气许可证的要求记录相关信息。Record information per Air Permit requirements.

10.保证工作区域的整齐整洁干净。严格遵守例行的清理、润滑和维护保养的要求。Keep equipment, and work area in a clean and functional condition. Perform all routine cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance procedures as prescribed.

11.及时向上级报告设备的不正常运行、不合格材料和生产过程中的不正常状态。Detect and report faulty operation of equipment, defective material, and unusual conditions to the supervisor.

12.保证次品率和返工率不超过规定。Maintain scrap and rework to within acceptable limits

13.具备读图能力。Read and interpret blueprints

14.能看懂作业指导书。Read, interpret and develop work instructions

15.利用个人防护设备避免皮肤、眼睛等受到涂料的伤害。Utilize other Personal Protective Equipment to protect skin, eyes, etc. from contact with top-coat materials and solvents.

16.利用个人防护设备避免皮肤、眼睛等受到等离子的紫外线辐射。可能有以下工具：Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect the skin, eyes, etc. from hazards of Plasma Ultraviolet light & heat. This may include:

--全棉长袖T恤Full arm length shirts (cotton)

--全棉长裤Full length pants (cotton)

--头巾和围巾Full head/neck covering

--配有至少5#的放辐射玻璃的面罩和头盔Faceshield/Welding helmet with a minimum #5 shaded lense with safety glasses worn under shield/helmet.

--皮革手套（注意：操作旋转型的机械设备时不能带手套）Leather or heavy cloth gloves to protect hands/fingers (Do Not wear while close to rotating machinery)

17.遵守公司的规章制度，尤其是安全方面的规定。保持生产区域的干净整洁。Follow all company policies including safety instructions Maintain a neat and orderly workstation and promote overall good housekeeping practices

18.遵守其他的相关规定。Perform other related duties as assigned.
