Major Responsibilities:
主要职责：
1. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements.
整理和分析财务信息编制财务报表；
2. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
确保财务记录符合当地规定的政策和程序；
3. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
按期完成所有财务报告；
4. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
及时准确的确保月度、季度、年度的结账工作；
5. Monitor AR & AP.
负责应收款和应付款进行有效的控制和协调；
6. In charge of inter-group reconciliation to ensure that all accounts be reconciled timely and properly.
负责核对关联公司的往来帐目并保证其有效性与正确性；
7. Supporting and preparation of monthly forecast; annual Budget and Long Range Plan process.
预测和准备每月的财务报表，完成年度预算规划表；
8. Responsible for tax declare and relative tax application and reporting to the governments.
负责与税务部门的税金清算工作和相关的申请工作；
9. Internal and external audit related work.
负责内审与外审的相关工作；
10. Other finance related tasks as assigned by management.
完成由管理人员分配的相关的财务工作。

Qualification:
任职资格：
1. Bachelor or above in Major Accounting and Finance.
具有财务会计本科专业以上学历；
2. 3+years work experience of Multinational Manufacturing.
具有外资制造企业3年以上的总账会计经验；
3. Good knowledge of PRC GAAP and US GAAP.
具备中国通用会计原则和美国公认会计准则知识；
4. Good knowledge on MS Office software, ERP system, with ERP system launch expenses is a plus.
熟练操作办公自动化软件、掌握ERP系统并了解EPR系统的前期费用；
5. Familiar with national law and regulation of accounting and taxation.
熟悉国家税收条例知识；
6. Have professional certificate as “Intermediate Accounting titles”.
具有专业的中级会计职称；
7. Spoken and written English; Good communication skill.
英语听说写熟练；
8. Integrity, Responsible, and Diligent
